Strawberry Crunch
Strawberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. strawberry sugar-free gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 4 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (unsweetened) and 3 mashed bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix gelatin and water until dissolved.
Add fruit and blend and then add nuts.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.
Reserve remaining mixture at room temperature.
After bottom is set, spread with yogurt.
Top with remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
Serves 12.
