Strawberry Cream Squares
Strawberry Cream Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 small can crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. pecans, broken small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in hot water.
Add frozen strawberries.
Let stand until strawberries soften.
Add pineapple (with juice).
Add pecans; mix well.
Pour half of mixture into Pyrex dish.
Chill until firm.
Spoon sour cream over firm gelatin; spread evenly.
Pour remaining gelatin mixture over sour cream.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares before serving.
