Strawberry Cream Squares
Strawberry Cream Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) strawberry jell-o, 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, 2 large bananas, finely diced, 1 c. sour cream and 1 (13 oz.) crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries.
Stir until thawed.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Mix together.
Chill 1/2 of mixture in pan with 1/2 of the sour cream spread over it.
Once chilled enough, pour the rest of the mixture in pan and the rest of sour cream spread on top.
Chill 3 hours.
