Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add frozen strawberries; stir occasionally until thawed.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Stir in pecans.
Pour half into 8X8 inch pan; chill until firm.
Spread evenly with sour cream.
Pour remaining gelatin on top chill until firm.
Cut into 9 squares.
Top each square with 1 Tbsp. sour cream.
