Strawberry Cream Squares
Strawberry Cream Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 large bananas, finely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries, stirring occasionally until strawberries are thawed.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Pour half of mixture into an 8 x 8 x 12-inch pan.
Chill.
When firm, spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin mixture on top.
Chill until firm, then cut into 9 inch squares and top with sour cream.
