Strawberry Cool 'n Easy Pie
Strawberry Cool 'N Easy Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (4 serving size), ice cubes and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cold water and ice to measure 3/4 cup.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Top with strawberry slices.
Makes 8 servings.
