Beat egg and stir in Cool Whip.
Slowly add box of strawberry cake mix.
(This will be difficult to stir; use a wooden spoon.) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls and then roll balls in powdered sugar.
Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350Β°.
