Strawberry Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. vegetable shortening, 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 c. chopped coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine eggs and shortening.
Add half the dry cake mix; beat well.
Add remaining dry mix, nuts and coconut; mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
