Strawberry Congealed Salad
Strawberry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. mashed bananas, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Mix in berries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Jell one-half of mixture in mold and then spread a layer of sour cream over jelled mixture.
Next, pour balance of gelatin mix over sour cream layer and let set until firm.
