Strawberry Congealed Salad
Strawberry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o (small), 2 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries and blend until berries are thawed.
Put into this mixture the drained pineapple and pecans; pour 1/2 into a bowl and refrigerate until jellied.
Whip together cream cheese and sour cream until well blended, then spread on the top of jellied mixture.
Then make a third layer with the other 1/2 of mixture and chill again.
