Strawberry Congealed Salad
Strawberry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 2 c. apples, chopped and peeled, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. orange juice and 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop apples and cranberries very fine in food chopper.
Mix sugar, orange juice, pineapple, apples and cranberries and set aside for 30 minutes.
Add nuts if desired.
Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
Let cool, then spoon fruit mixture into Jell-O. Refrigerate overnight.
Make this the night before serving.
This salad may be molded or put into an oblong container and sliced into serving portions.
