Strawberry Chiffon
Strawberry Chiffon is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with c. butter or margarine, c. finely crushed vanilla wafers, (3 oz.) strawberry flavored gelatin, c. boiling water and eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a small saucepan melt butter; stir in crumbs.
Pat firmly on bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Chill.
In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and strawberries.
Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip.
Pour into prepared vanilla wafers pan.
Chill for 2 hours or more. Garnish with Cool Whip or strawberries.
