Strawberry Cheese Cake
Strawberry Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. cottage cheese, 1 c. strawberries, 1 small box strawberry jello and 1 pkg. equal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In blender, place cottage cheese and 1/2 cup berries.
Blend until smooth.
Make jello according to package.
Pour half the jello in a small pan.
Arrange strawberries in jello and refrigerate in freezer until jello sets.
To the cheese in the blender, add the rest of the jello and the sweetener.
Blend. When the jello in the pan has set, spoon the cheese mixture over and smooth.
Refrigerate until set.
