Strawberry Chantilly
Strawberry Chantilly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o pudding and pie filling (vanilla flavor), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o gelatin (strawberry flavor), 2 1/2 c. water, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container cool whip, thawed and 1 c. sliced strawberries, sweetened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine pudding mix, gelatin and water in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil and is clear.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Thoroughly blend in Cool Whip.
Chill until firm (about 3 hours).
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Top with strawberries.
Makes 4 cups or 6 to 8 servings.
