Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 pt. strawberries, ladyfinger cookies, 1 1/2 c. cream and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and hull strawberries.
Set 1 dozen aside for decorations.
Crush others with sugar to make a syrup.
Dip each ladyfinger in syrup and line bottom and sides of pan or mold with them.
Fill the mold in layers: strawberries, cream and ladyfingers.
Put in refrigerator for 1/2 day.
Turn out of the mold.
Decorate with whipped cream and strawberry halves.
