Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1/3 c. shortening, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries, drained and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream the butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add strawberries and jello; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla; beat well.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into 3 lightly greased and floured 8-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost.
