Combine white cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, water, Jell-O and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries in large bowl and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350Β° oven for about 40 minutes. Combine butter, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons crushed strawberries.
Drizzle over warm cake.
