Strawberry Brûlée is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 6 tbsp. granulated sugar, 2 pt. fresh strawberries, washed and chopped and 1 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add sour cream and sugar; blend thoroughly.
Slice berries and sweeten to taste.
Arrange in shallow overproof serving dish.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over berries and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place on lowest broiler rack and broil until sugar bubbles and browns lightly.
Serve at once.
