Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and well drained, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. salad oil, 3 c. flour and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In medium bowl, stir strawberries, eggs and oil.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add berry mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until blended.
Pour into pans. Bake 1 hour or until tests done.
Makes 2 loaves.
