Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. salad oil, 3 c. all-purpose flour and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
In medium bowl, stir in chopped strawberries, eggs and oil. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts.
Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients.
Put into loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
