Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/4 c. cooking oil, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a large bowl, thaw strawberries and add eggs and oil.
Mix well.
In another bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together.
Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture.
Add pecans, if desired, and mix well.
Pour into two buttered and floured loaf pans; bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
