Strawberry-Banana Delight
Strawberry-Banana Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small angel food cake, sliced, 1 large box strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large box frozen strawberries and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bottom of a 10 x 15-inch dish with sliced cake. Dissolve the jello in the boiling water in a large bowl, then add frozen strawberries, stirring to break apart.
Sprinkle pecans and place bananas over cake slices.
Pour jello and berries over all and refrigerate while mixing pudding according to directions.
Pour pudding over jello and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
