Strawberry Angel Trifle
Strawberry Angel Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. whole strawberries, partially thawed, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 small angel food cake, 1 (4.5 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped or 8 oz. pkg. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare strawberry Jell-O according to package directions. Refrigerate until the consistency of syrup.
Slice cake in thin serving pieces and line bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
Layer partially thawed strawberries on cake; pour syrupy Jell-O over top.
Refrigerate until firm.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions, using 2 3/4 cups milk instead of 3 cups. Cool pudding and spread on Jell-O - strawberry layer.
Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Cover with whipped cream and nuts.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
