Strawberry Angel Food
Strawberry Angel Food is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp. sugar and angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Tear cake into bite-size pieces.
Dissolve Jell-O and 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
Add strawberries and sugar and cool in refrigerator until slightly thick.
Whip cream until thick and fold into strawberry mixture.
Cover bottom of pan with cake pieces and spread half of strawberry mixture over.
Repeat with rest of cake and top with mixture.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
