Strawberries 'n Cream
Strawberries 'N Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1 pt. fresh strawberries, mashed, 1 c. whipping cream, whipped and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a bowl, combine milk and lemon juice.
Stir just until mixture begins to thicken.
Stir in berries.
Beat cream just until it mounds.
Fold whipped cream into berry mixture.
Freeze until firm.
Break up frozen mixture and place in a large chilled mixer bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Fold in nuts. Return to freezer.
Makes 1 quart.
