Mix cream cheese and sugar with Cool Whip.
Cap strawberries, cut in pieces; add glaze and set aside.
Cut cake in half; tear in small pieces.
Put in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover with cheese mixture.
Add other 1/2 of cake.
Add berry mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
