Stove Top Lasagna
Stove Top Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 32 oz. spaghetti sauce, 16 oz. cottage cheese, 3/4 bag egg noodles and 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburg, seasoned with salts, pepper and onions.
Mix 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup water with meat.
Spread in bottom of electric fry pan.
Layer cottage cheese and noodles evenly over meat.
Mix the rest of sauce with 1/4 cup water; pour over noodles.
Cook on simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top of mixture.
Turn off heat and cover 5 to 10 minutes; serve.
