Stove Top Kielbasa(By Louis Carter) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can navy or white beans, 3 to 4 c. raw shredded cabbage, 2 sticks kielbasa, sliced, 1 large onion and 1 large can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place a layer of beans in bottom of medium pot.
Next, add a layer of shredded cabbage, then a layer of onion slices and a layer of kielbasa.
Top off with tomatoes.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Season to taste and cook over low to medium heat for four hours.
