Stoby's Cheese Dip
Stoby'S Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 1 c. coffee-mate, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. cumin and 2 tsp. mustard powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil.
(A double boiler works best.)
Add the cheese.
In a separate boiler, mix the butter and flour. Add to cheese mixture to thicken. Reduce heat to simmer and add the picante sauce, chili powder and lemon juice.
Blend well and remove from heat to cool.
