Stir-Fry Rice
Stir-Fry Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. angel hair noodles (approximately 1 c.), 1 pkg. spanish rice mix (rice-a-roni), 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper, 1 c. chopped raw onions and 1 c. frozen green peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large, heated skillet, pour safflower oil and add rice. Mix angel hair with rice; stir until golden brown.
Add water and sauce mix.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in all other ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serves 8.
