Melt butter in a large (10-inch or larger) skillet.
Add cabbage and spinach.
When this cooks down a little, add the rest of your vegetables, stir and fry until done, about 15 to 30 minutes.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper while cooking.
You can use your own mixture of vegetables.
