Sticky Cinnamon Rolls
Sticky Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 1 c. chopped pecans (optional), 2 loaves (1 lb. ea.) frozen bread dough, thawed and 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine confectioners sugar and cream.
Divide between 2 greased 9 in. square baking pans; set aside.
Roll each loaf into 12 in. by 8 in. rectangle.
Brush with margarine.
Combine brown sugar & cinnamon.
Sprinkle over margarine.
Roll up -- cut each loaf into 12 slices.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Next day, remove from refrigerator; cover and let rise until double (about 2 hours).
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Uncover & bake 8-10 minutes longer.
