Stewed Tomato Casserole
Stewed Tomato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 can tomato soup, 3/4 c. light brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in cubed bread in butter until slightly browned and toasted.
Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl.
Add bread and mix well.
Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
