Stewed Sweet Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 or 7 ripe tomatoes, 3 c. water, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 2 or 3 cooked biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel and cut tomatoes into pieces.
Put into pot with 3 cups water and cook over medium heat.
Bring to boil.
Add butter or margarine, sugar and crumbled cold biscuits into tomatoes.
Cook over low heat.
