Stewed Chicken
Stewed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, cut in 8 pieces, 1 large green pepper, in strips, 1 c. mushrooms, halved, 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced and 1/4 c. red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash, cut and dry chicken; brown in oil.
Place in 3-quart casserole and add other ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350Β° or until chicken becomes loosened from bone.
Salt and pepper to taste.
