Stephanie's Cabbage Rolls
Stephanie'S Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lbs. hamburger, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 4 c. rice, cooked and 4 large heads cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown hamburger with chopped onions, salt and pepper.
Combine rice, hamburger and 3 cans of tomato soup.
Steam cabbage so layers "fall" apart.
Put 2 Tbsp. or more (don't overfill) of mixture in a cabbage leaf.
Roll cabbage leaf and layer closely in a large casserole dish or roasting pan.
Top each layer with remaining cans of tomato soup.
Cook slowly for 3-3 1/2 hours at 325-350Β°. Watch closely so that it does not boil over, and marinate as you go.
