Steamed Fish
Steamed Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 fish, salt and pepper, ginger, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Rinse cleaned fish.
Leave skin on and trim fish to fit on rack placed
12-inch Dutch oven.
Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, ginger and onion.
Add sufficient water to Dutch oven fish for 1 hour.
Remove fish and drain off liquid in Dutch oven.
In a separate pot, heat peanut oil to very hot.
Replace fish into Dutch oven.
Pour heated oil over fish to sear.
Serve.
