Steak Roll-Ups
Steak Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cubed steak, onion, sliced, bacon, sliced, 1 tbsp. oil and 1 qt. v-8 juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Take cubed steak, 2 x 2-inch piece.
Roll 1/4 piece of onion and 1/2 slice bacon inside of cube steak.
Brown in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Then simmer with 1 quart of V-8 juice and seasonings, sliced thin celery, onion, carrots, garlic salt and powder, salt and pepper.
Then thicken with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch when cooked until done.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
