Steak Parmesan
Steak Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 tsp. paprika and 4 large pieces steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix crumbs, Parmesan, salt and paprika.
Dip chops into egg and roll in crumb mixture.
Heat butter and brown chops on both sides.
Cover each with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.
Pour spaghetti sauce mix, to which the tomato sauce has been added, over steak.
If sauce is too thick, add a little water.
Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
