Steak, Or What? is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 c. sliced potatoes, cooked firm, 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings, 1 can peas, drained and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pat ground beef evenly in bottom of medium casserole dish. Layer potatoes, onion and peas over top of beef.
Mix both cans of soup and water.
Pour over top of meat and vegetables.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
