Steak in a Bag
Steak In A Bag is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless sirloin or top round steak (about 2 1/2-inch thick), 3 tbsp. soft butter, 2 large cloves garlic, mashed, 4 tbsp. salad oil and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

You can roast the steak in dry heat in the oven, if you desire.
Roast at 375° for 40 minutes.
Wipe steak dry.
Combine butter, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Spread butter mixture on both sides of steak.
Press crumbs firmly onto steak on both sides.
Place in brown grocery type bag.
Close with paper clips. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Slide onto carving board.
Carve into 1/4-inch diagonal slices to serve.
