Steak Fingers
Steak Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut round steak (against the grain) to the length and width of index finger.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and Season-All (be sure to rub in).
Place in container.
Cover with Worcestershire sauce; cover with lid and marinate at least 1 hour.
Mix egg and milk. Dip steak in mixture; roll in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Deep fat fry 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
