Stacked Enchiladas
Stacked Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 or 3/4 lb. hamburger meat, 3 tbsp. chili powder, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown hamburger meat; sprinkle with garlic powder and cumin. Add chili powder and flour; make paste.
Add water; cook until it starts thickening like a thin gravy.
Take tortilla and dip in mixture to soften.
Put on plate.
Add a little of the meat mixture if enough doesn't stick to tortilla.
Sprinkle with some onion and cheese.
Repeat as many as you can eat (3 or 4 high).
Top with chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
