Brown beef with onion; blend in flour and milk.

Stir and add chilies and salt.

Stir constantly and add tomatoes.

Keep warm. In separate skillet, heat oil; dip tortillas one by one in oil and drain on paper towels.

Place a hot tortilla in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; top with 1/4 cup beef and 2 tablespoons cheese.

Layer remaining tortillas and mixture to make a stack.

Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
