Squash-Sour Cream Casserole
Squash-Sour Cream Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. squash, sliced, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 large carrot, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook squash and onion until tender.
Combine soup, sour cream and carrot.
Fold into squash.
Combine stuffing and melted margarine.
Line bottom of 2-quart casserole with 1/2 of stuffing. Top with squash mixture.

Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
