Squash Pie
Squash Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 small or 2 medium summer squash, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 3 tbsp. flour and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook sliced unpeeled squash in water until tender; drain. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until seeds disappear. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg after liquid in shell.
