Squash Pats
Squash Pats is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen yellow squash, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. cornmeal and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash according to package directions; drain well.
Mash squash and add egg; stir well.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; stir well.
Add squash mixture and onion; stir. Drop squash mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls into hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Turn and flatten.
Drain on towel.
Yields 15 patties.
