Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 squash, 1/2 stick oleo, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper and 1/2 c. water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil the squash until tender. Drain liquid and mash. Saute the onion, bell pepper and water chestnuts in the oleo.
Fold in the cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, egg and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
