Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked squash, drained, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 grated carrot and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mash squash; add sour cream, chicken soup, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle a layer of crumbs in a shallow greased casserole dish (12 x 7-inch).
Spoon squash mixture over crumbs. Cover squash mixture with additional crumbs on top and then dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
