Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen sliced yellow squash (can use fresh), 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 stick margarine, 1 egg and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
Add cheese, butter, egg, milk and crackers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put grated cheese on top.
Bake in shallow casserole dish at 350Β° until set and brown (about 45 minutes).
